Time for My Place & Yours again. Pip chose Shelley from Femme de Montmartre to be Theme Queen this week and Shelley chose “Through the Front Door” as this week’s theme.
open up the door
and see all the people
Well, my people and my “get the mail” shoes, and a bucket of polly pockets and ponies.
Let’s see who else is playing this week.

OMG i LOVE your front door & the peek-a-boo window..it’s ssoo solid & medieval looking..fab photo wall too!
I love the door and the pictures around it! It’s a beautiful feature. My imagination start drawing the rest of the house as a traditional sandstone farm house filled with memories and lovely handmade things. Great pictures!
Thanks for entering my giveaway!
Have a great day!
What an amazing door! Love the photos too.
That certainly is a wonderful door, solid enough to keep the world at bay.
Wow! Your front door looks like one belonging to a castle! Beautiful! x
Thanks all!! We get a couple of kids every Halloween who ask if we live in a castle. (It helps that the door is kind of creaky) Actually it’s the house on my blog header. It’s just a little Tudor cottage (possibly built in 1927) in town, but it sort of sits up on a hill. The front (around the door) and chimney are limestone, and the rest of the house is covered in cedar shake shingles. I cannot imagine living anywhere else.
what an original door ! it looks ancient
your wall of fame is sweet too !
