I have been working on organizing all my photos ever since the big computer purchase this past fall. Amongst the sorting I found some pics from the past that just never seemed to make it into a post so rather than let them continue their exile, I thought I would share them today.
This was a CSA find. The ghost eggplant in a sea of purple who was admired, then chopped into pieces and layered with parm and fontina and bread crumbs and cream.
This is the white chocolate chip that I thought was hilarious, but no one else in my family appreciated. Apparently I need to help them brush up on their Magritte. It was stirred into a batter for cookies with white chocolate and dried cherries.
These are chocolate muffins made with zucchini for lulu’s preschool snack. They were a big hit.
So that’s it 2009 … it’s a fresh start from here on out.
